Refund policy
A happy customer is a returning customer.
If an item arrives not as described, or not in working order, you shall be entitled to return said item for a full refund, at the discretion of Spoilt, not to be unreasonably withheld. All returns must be requested no later than ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the item and they must be returned in the same condition they were sent or full refund may not be guaranteed.
