Warranty

I guarantee every object in this shop is authentic!! I describe the condition of each piece as accurate as I can adding high quality photos that are a part to that description. 

Watches...I like my watches to keep going and the owner happy!!

I work ONLY with the best watchmakers in EU, I don't trust mediocre solutions. 

If a watch needs service prior to listing it, we make sure it is done and stated of course in the listing description. If a customer wants his purchase to be freshly serviced (in case otherwise stated) and then to receive it, I make sure it is done in a timeframe of 3 to 5 weeks.

As I am also a customer and a collector, I want my customers to be treated the same way, I expect to be treated by others, so, be certain I am here to help no matter the problem you have. Please contact me if you have a question, a problem, a wish, or anything that might concerns you!!

 

Shipping

I ship through UPS Express, always well packaged,  so nothing bad will occur to your new purchase. Watches are fully insured to their purchase price. If a customer wishes a preffered shipping method please contact me at info@abitspoilt.com to discuss the details.

Please be aware that any import fees or taxes at your country's customs are the responsibility of the customer (you).

If your package was rejected by your local Customs authorities or the shipment could not be delivered and was returned to Spoilt for any reason, we are not responsible for the extra shipping costs.

 

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days from delivery by email at info@abitspoilt.com. As mentioned before, I package our products with care, to prevent bad surprises during delivery. But the products sold here are susceptible to damage during transit. Please retain everything from the original packaging for the item you wish to return to us. Packaging, receipts and merchandising tags.

Examine every package you receive before accepting it, having the delivery agent present and he MUST note damage to any package on the release form or refuse acceptance. Please contact us immediately  so that we may work with you to arrange and expedite an insurance claim.

 

Paying

We accept most forms of payments such us Credit cards, Paypal and  bank transfer by request (contact us for bank details). 

To order directly on the site, please use the PayPal "Buy it now" feature. Whether you have a PayPal account or not, you can still check out via PayPal. PayPal will provide steps and guidance for non-account holder to check out using your Credit card.  It is safe and your banking information will be kept private.

I cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed and funds have been received by our banking institution. Please email us a copy of the wire transaction provided by your bank to speed up this process and help track your incoming wire. Email: info@abitspoilt.com

 

Cancelation

All items normally ship within 24-48 hours after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.

 

Returns

A happy customer is a returning customer.

Buyer has a 7 days return policy (counting the day that the watch has been received as day 1).  Item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped.  Return item will receive a full refund minus shipping.

If an item arrives not as described, or not in working order, you shall be entitled to return said item for a full refund, shipping costs included, at the discretion of Spoilt, not to be unreasonably withheld.
