Not many information can be found for the Horlostyle brand, which probably was a small watch brand that dissapeared, like so many, during the Quartz crisis in the 70s. From the few examples that were found in my search, one thing is obvious, that they were trying to differentiate with bold designs, using already credible watch movements. 

This "Luxe" marked Horlostyle makes a step above all that, with a fun use of colours, shapes and materials, using for example the robust Valjoux 7734 as the heart of the timepiece, a beautiful grey sunburst two register dial, inner base 500 tachymeter bezel, fully lumed hour, minutes and lollipop hands and a bakelite bezel insert!! 

In detail:

Stainless steel case in very good condition for its age, measures 40mm without the crown x 47,40mm lug to lug. 

Beautiful spotless grey sunburst chronograph dial with tritium hour markers and date at 6. Excellent base 500 tachymeter inner bezel.

Interesting hour and minutes hands with tritium in the body and the tips and a lollipop chronograph hand. Note that the original tritium on the hands was stabilized from my watchmaker, as the material on the hour hand seemed ready to deteriorate.

Bi directional bezel with bakelite insert in very good state, for its age, as well. 

Valjoux 7734 was just serviced (292° Amplitude with 0,1ms beat error) and is ready to be enjoyed!

The watch comes with a brand new RSM fabric strap and, as with all of my watches, a one year warranty on the movement.
